Organizational justice and psychological well-being in female workers of a banking company in Metropolitan LimaAbstract
The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between organizational justice and psychological well-being, as well as establishing significance based on the position and level of education. 164 workers from a banking company in Metropolitan Lima participated, selected through a non-probability sample. The Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale (2001) and the Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (1989) were used. The results indicated a direct and significant correlation between organizational justice and psychological well-being in general and moderate correlations between dimensions. Regarding the role and position, statistically significant scores were obtained with the dimensions of Organizational Justice. Finally, it was evident that the differences regarding the degree of education and the dimensions that make up both study variables have no practical significance.
