The plastic sector worldwide is one of the sectors that generates the most waste, since the population disposes of it improperly, so that the current laws will have the objective of minimizing the use of these products based on this material or that they are reusable. That is why, in this article, a model is proposed to increase profitability in SME companies in the plastic sector using Lean-Green methodology. The tools to be used will be the 5's, KanBan for inventory control and TPM to standardize new corrective and preventive maintenance processes, as an added bonus a circular economy process will be lost for the reuse of marketed products, to generate lower consumption and solid waste that harm the environment, complying with the imposed standards. The results obtained were an 11% reduction” in the acquisition of raw material and spare parts for machine maintenance, as well as a 4% reduction in the number of failures per machine.
