Proyecto Chamba Ya

Abstract

En el presente trabajo, se ejecutó un plan de negocios sobre una aplicación móvil mediante la cual se pueden contratar servicios generales y del hogar, tales como pintura, carpintería o gasfitería, por mencionar algunos, creado por cinco estudiantes de la facultad de Negocios de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). El proyecto se desarrolló con el objetivo de facilitar la contratación de servicios generales, ahorrando tiempo y dinero en ese proceso, para poder realizarlo de manera segura y con las garantías de que la aplicación implementa filtros rigurosos a su personal para garantizar la seguridad. Al analizar el sector se puede apreciar un alto potencial de desarrollo y crecimiento debido al incremento de la demanda de esos servicios durante la pandemia ocasionada por el Covid 19.

Luego de evaluar las necesidades de nuestro público objetivo, se desarrolló una aplicación móvil que sirve como nexo entre trabajadores independientes y empleadores, brindando una plataforma amigable que permite la contratación de servicios de manera segura y rápida. Al finalizar el proyecto, se evaluaron los diferentes planes propuestos por los integrantes del grupo de trabajo y se realizaron proyecciones de ventas en términos monetarios que se necesitan para llevar a cabo esta idea de negocio y lograr determinar si es viable o no.

In the present project, a business plan was executed on a mobile application through which you can contract general and commercial services, such as painting, carpentry or plumbing, to name a few, created by five students from the University's Business School. Peruvian Applied Sciences (UPC). The project was developed with the aim of facilitating the contracting of general services, saving time and money in this process, to be able to carry it out safely and with the guarantees that the application implements rigorous filters to its personnel to guarantee safety. When analyzing the sector, a high potential for development and growth can be seen due to the increase in demand for these services during the pandemic caused by Covid 19.

After evaluating the needs of our target audience, a mobile application was developed that serves as a link between independent workers and the employer, providing a friendly platform that allows the hiring of services safely and quickly. At the end of the project, the different plans proposed by the members of the working group were evaluated and sales projects were carried out in monetary terms that are needed to carry out a business idea and determine if it is viable or not.
