Collective Housing in ChorrillosResumen
The present thesis project arises as a need to respond in a different way to the typical architectural approach offered by the current real estate market, which complies with the various regulations promoted by the State which result in a similar property product in all housing projects, which reduce the quality of life of their inhabitants, generating ever smaller spaces for the development of life, both interior and exterior. The research studies the different events, norms and referential projects developed in the framework of collective housing both in Peru and internationally, in which, after delimiting the specific context for the development of the thesis, architectural postures are evaluated that allow developing a project that offers quality of life, generating comfortable housing areas, large free areas and generous common areas; all this, without losing the viability of the real estate investment project, by maximizing saleable areas, efficiency in circulation and parking areas.
