Resilience in children of victims of terrorism by gender in Huancayo cityAbstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo comparar la resiliencia según él género en 250 hijos de víctimas del terrorismo de la ciudad de Huancayo (46,8% hombres y mujeres el 53,2%), cuyas edades oscilan entre los 20 y 35 años (X=23). Se utilizó la Escala de Resiliencia (ER). Los resultados reportaron que no existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas al comparar los 4 factores de la Resiliencia, Confianza y Sentirse bien solo (t= .48, p =.96, d=.01) Ecuanimidad (t= -.07 p= .94, d= -.01), Aceptación de uno mismo (t= .03, p= .98, d=.00) y Perseverancia (t= .39, p= .70, d=.05) entre hombres y mujeres. Se recomienda seguir realizando investigaciones relacionadas a la resiliencia según el género, no obstante, en la presente no se obtuvo una diferencia en la muestra en base al género. Sin embargo, esta puede ser utilizada como variable, ya que los resultados van a depender de las características de la población y sus vivencias.This research seeks to compare the resilience according to gender in 250 sons of victims of terrorism from the Huancayo city (46.8% men and 53.2% women), whose ages range between 20 and 35 years (M age = 23).
