La industria relacionada al Sport Retail evidencia un constante crecimiento debido a la pandemia por el SARS-coV-2 en el año 2020. Asimismo, esto ha ido acompañado con el incremento de la compra a través del comercio electrónico por parte de los consumidores peruanos. Por ello, se considera conveniente precisar las variables que se vinculan con los websites de productos deportivos. El trabajo de investigación busca determinar si existe una relación entre las dimensiones del Website Quality (Convenience, Contents, Aesthetics, Interactivity y Customization), con las variables Trust, E-Satisfaction e E-Loyalty. Además, la investigación estará basada en un muestreo no probabilístico de 400 personas con filtros y determinantes que dichos encuestados deben tener para la validación de las hipótesis planteadas, relacionadas a las variables previamente mencionadas. Por último, para realizar el análisis de la data, se utilizarán técnicas estadísticas tales como medias, desviaciones estándar, regresión lineal y correlaciones al cuadrado.The industry related to sports retail shows constant growth to the SARS-coV-2 pandemic in 2020. Likewise, this has been accompanied by an increase in purchases through electronic commerce by Peruvian consumers. For this reason, it is considered convenient to specify the variables that are linked to sports product websites. The research work looks to determine if there is a relationship between the Website Quality dimensions (Convenience, Contents, Aesthetics, Interactivity and Customization), with the Trust, E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty variables. In addition, the research will be based on a non-probabilistic sampling of 400 people with filters and determinants that said respondents must have in order to validate the hypotheses raised, related to the previously mentioned variables. Finally, to perform the data analysis, statistical techniques such as means, standard deviations, linear regression and squared correlations will be used.
