El presente trabajo de investigación analizará los distintos factores que influyen, en una mujer joven, para realizar una compra impulsiva de ropa femenina por el canal del e-commerce. Asimismo, se tomará en cuenta el comportamiento del consumidor que vendría a ser un tema impredecible y a su vez exigente, por la constante información que busca el target y por las apariciones de novedades que presentan las marcas día a día.This paper will analyze the different factors that influence young women to make an impulsive purchase of women's clothing through the e-commerce channel. Likewise, consumer behavior will be taken into account, which is an unpredictable and demanding subject, due to the constant information that the target seeks and due to the appearance of new features that brands present every day.
