Just Cook Entrepreneurship: Healthy Box ServiceAbstract
El presente trabajo de investigación académica busca conocer la viabilidad de implementar un modelo de negocio innovador centrado en el servicio de ingredientes medidos en cantidades exactas para la realización de platos saludables en Lima, Perú. El nombre elegido del negocio es Just Cook, el cual nace como alternativa para abastecer de ingredientes en cantidades específicas para la realización de un almuerzo, evitando así la merma de ingredientes y el tedioso proceso de compra semana a semana. Este producto, además, evita que se cometan errores al momento de la preparación y destaca por su sencillo y práctico uso. Con el fin de lograr la validación del proyecto, se realizaron una serie de experimentos, de los cuales se pudo recoger información valiosa para el proceso de ideación del mismo. Asimismo, con el objetivo de lograr un crecimiento constante de negocio, se realizó un plan estratégico basado en análisis, acciones y estrategias para obtener las mejores prácticas en el negocio. Cabe resaltar que durante la creación del modelo de negocio se tomó en cuenta las opiniones y sentimientos de nuestro segmento objetivo. En base a la investigación realizada se pudo encontrar que el modelo de negocio que ofrece Just Cook es viable, escalable y rentable.This academic research seeks to know the feasibility of implementing an innovative business model focused on the service of measured ingredients in exact quantities for the realization of healthy meals in Lima, Peru. The name chosen for the business is Just Cook, which was created as an alternative to supply ingredients in specific quantities for a lunch, thus avoiding the waste of ingredients and the tedious purchase process week by week. This product also prevents mistakes from being made at the time of preparation and stands out for its simple and practical use. In order to achieve the validation of the project, a series of experiments were carried out, from which valuable information could be collected for the ideation process of the same. Likewise, in order to achieve constant business growth, a strategic plan was made based on analysis, actions and strategies to obtain the best practices in the business. It should be noted that during the creation of the business model, the opinions and feelings of our target segment were taken into account. Based on the research carried out, it was found that the business model that Just Cook offers is viable, scalable and profitable.
