Business plan for an integral beauty center in San Borja districtAbstract
Existen centros estéticos, cosméticos y de belleza en la ciudad de Lima enfocados en brindar bienestar físico, asimismo, consultorios de nutrición y psicoterapia que preparan un programa para cada paciente. Sin embargo, no se detectan empresas que brinden soluciones integrales: bienestar físico, nutricional y de life coaching en un sólo lugar. El presente plan de negocio propone implementar un centro de belleza integral que partirá de un diagnóstico de un coach. Se ofrecerá una gama de servicios, desde el life coaching, tratamientos estéticos, cosméticos y nutrición, con el objetivo que los clientes encuentren equilibrio con alcance integral. La fuente de ingresos se generará por la contraprestación de los servicios brindados, así como por venta de productos para la piel, ofreciendo para ello, diferentes medios de pago. En base al análisis financiero realizado, se considera un negocio viable. Se necesitará una inversión total de S/. 774,695.00, generando un VAN de S/.553,447, un TIR de 43.25%, el COK es de 13.91%, el IR es de 2.03 y un periodo de recuperación de 3.11 años. Sin perjuicio de lo antes expuesto, es preciso mencionar que el análisis del presente proyecto fue realizado antes del inicio de la pandemia COVID-19, por lo que no se está considerando su impacto. Cabe resaltar que, superada esta crisis, se deberá realizar la actualización del estudio para medir los efectos y las variantes.There are aesthetic, cosmetic and beauty centers in the city of Lima focused on providing physical well-being, in addition, nutrition and psychotherapy clinics that prepare a program for each patient. However, companies that provide integral solutions: physical, nutritional and life coaching well-being in one place are not detected. This business plan proposes to implement an integral beauty center that will start from a coach's diagnosis. Some services will be offered, from life coaching, aesthetic treatments, cosmetics and nutrition, with the goal that clients find balance with a integral scope. The source of income will be generated by the consideration of the services provided, as well as by the sale of skin products, offering different kind of payment. Based on the financial analysis performed, it is considered a viable business. The total investment will be S /. 774,695.00, generating a NPV of S /. 553,447, an IRR of 43.25%, COK of 13.91%, the Rate of return is 2.03 with a payback of 3.11 years. Without prejudice to the above, it is necessary to mention that the analysis of this project was done before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, so its impact is not being considered. It should be noted that, once this crisis has been overcome, the study should be updated to measure the effects and variants.
