El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito presentar el proyecto para el desarrollo de una solución alternativa para las mujeres de lima metropolitana, que podrán acceder a nuestra red de trabajo mediante nuestras atractivas y amigables redes sociales, tales como, página web, Facebook, Instagram, lo que permitirá atraer público potencial y nuestro crecimiento. Como parte del análisis de este proyecto, se realizó un estudio que nos permitió identificar nuestro mercado objetivo, la cantidad de mujeres del NSE A y B, que les interesa la joyería y el cuarzo son de un total de 64,645, ubicados en distritos clave de Lima Metropolitana. Esta investigación nos permitió definir el modelo de negocio, que tiene como objetivo principal comprometerse con las necesidades expectativas de los clientes, brindándole lo mejor de nuestra joyería de cuarzo peruano, además de abastecer a un mercado poco atendido, que suele darle uso a los cristales, como complemento energético. Las ganancias del negocio estarán basadas en la venta de nuestros productos clave, concretado mediante una venta online mediante un ecommerce. Nuestros productos con diseño original, permitirá a nuestros clientes adquirir una joya de cuarzo, brindándole la opción de solicitar y agendar una cita virtual o presencial con nosotros de manera rápida y personalizada, con el objetivo de asesorar y poder cubrir con sus necesidades, entregando un producto final de alta calidad. Nuestro valor agregado consistirá en crear y diseñar al gusto del cliente, una joya super exclusiva, a fin de asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros tan exigentes clientes.The purpose of this research work is to present the project for the development of an alternative solution for women of metropolitan lime, who will be able to access our network of work through our attractive and friendly social networks, such as, website, Facebook, Instagram, which will allow us to attract potential audiences and our growth. As part of the analysis of this project, a study was carried out that allowed us to identify our target market, the number of women from NSE A and B, who are interested in jewellery and quartz are a total of 64,645, located in key districts of Lima Metropolitana. This research allowed us to define the business model, which has as its main objective to commit to the expectations of customers, providing the best of our Peruvian quartz jewelry, in addition to supplying an understeer market, which usually gives use to crystals, as an energy supplement. The profits of the business will be based on the sale of our key products, realized through an online by ecommerce. Our products with original design, will allow our customers to acquire a quartz jewel, giving you the option to request and schedule a virtual or face-to-face appointment with us quickly and personalizedly, with the aim of advising and being able to meet your needs, delivering a high quality final product. Our added value will be to create and design to the customer's taste, a super exclusive jewel, in order to ensure the satisfaction of our demanding customers.
