At present, most of the construction projects have a control system to evaluate the status of the project on a certain cut-off date, in which the results are evaluated by means of reports, among the best known the so-called RO ( operational results)), what is usually done in general, because there is a long process to develop the flow of information of the project. In general, in the projects of the construction of a building, the flow and processing of the information is carried out in a certain time that the general exceeds fifteen days, in which the general state of the progress of the project is defined until the delimited date Why not make a detailed analysis of the reports, this response process, the responses, the time of analysis of the project status, also has an observation period to verify if the measures have been taken correctly, the which are mostly monthly. That is, the control systems currently used in our country, have a time to extend to analyze their states and solutions, which although it is true, sometimes it is effective, sometimes not. What can be affirmed regarding the execution of these, are consumed during project hours, which are invested only in control and analysis, but not in a definitive solution. Purpose of making a proposal for a control system to identify and quantify in real time the waste of labor and materials in incidents of wet finishes Given this situation, the motivation of this control system proposal is to find the main activities within the most incident parts of wet finishes, which are increasingly deviating from the planned and also have a great influence on the development cost of the project, to be able to control the real or final time of the situation or their status in order to avoid large deviations from the planned one.en_US
