Debe redactarse en la parte inferior del resumen y en la misma página La discriminación hacia los miembros de la comunidad LGTBIQ+ en la publicidad no es un secreto hoy en día, y en los mensajes utiliza estereotipos de género para ser aceptados por la sociedad y que la imagen de las marcas no se vea afectada. Los diferentes grupos de personas tienen sus propias opiniones sobre esta comunidad y representarlos en un mensaje publicitario puede generar controversias. Esta investigación analiza cómo influye el spot “Penal” de Movistar de su campaña “La emoción que nos une” en la imagen de marca. Desde el paradigma naturalista, el enfoque es cualitativo porque se busca comparar percepciones y opiniones para ver cómo influyó en la imagen que ya tenían de la marca. La técnica son entrevistas grupales para las poblaciones de estudio aplicando un cuestionario semiestructurado. Se dividirá a los usuarios de Movistar en 2 grupos de estudio. La primera consistirá en un grupo de adultos de 40 a 50 años y la segunda población estará conformada por jóvenes de 18 a 25 años.Discrimination against members of the LGTBIQ + community in advertising is not a secret today, and in messages it uses gender stereotypes to be accepted by society and that the image of brands is not affected. Different groups of people have their own opinions about this community and representing them in an advertising message can generate controversy. This research analyzes how the Movistar “Penal” spot of its campaign “The emotion that unites us” influences the brand image. From the naturalistic paradigm, the approach is qualitative because it seeks to compare perceptions and opinions to see how it influenced the image they already had of the brand. The technique is group interviews for the study populations applying a semi-structured questionnaire. Movistar users will be divided into 2 study groups. The first will consist of a group of adults from 40 to 50 years old and the second population will be made up of young people from 18 to 25 years old.
