Abstract

La presente investigación desarrolla el contenido guía para el diseño de un nuevo estadio para el Club de Futbol profesional “Alianza Lima”. La investigación contiene 4 partes: la introducción, la cual contiene la motivación y el sustento del porqué es que se toma como iniciativa la investigación acerca del tema; el cuerpo, que contiene la investigación de proyectos referenciales, enfatizando sus respectivas correspondencias locales y cómo influyen en su análisis para usar la información como herramienta de trabajo; el lugar, en donde el edificio se situará, su contexto urbano directo y condiciones de tres terrenos a escoger; y finalmente, los criterios de diseño que son las conclusiones gráficas para tomar en cuenta a la hora de diseño del proyecto de arquitectura.

The present research develops a guide for the design of a new stadium for the Alianza Lima Professional Football Club. The investigation contains 4 parts: the introduction, which contains the motivation and sustenance of why it is that the research about the subject has been taken; the body, which contains the investigation of referential projects, emphasizing their respective local correspondences and how they might influence the project with their analysis by using this information as a working tool; the place, where the building will be located, its direct urban context and conditions of three project terrains to choose between; and finally, the design criteria that are the graphic conclusions to take into account when designing the architectural project.
