El verdadero rostro de Gringasho: Análisis de la cobertura informativa de los noticieros dominicales de televisión peruana respecto al caso de Alexander Pérez (alias ´Gringasho´)

Abstract

La tesis tiene como objetivo el análisis de la cobertura informativa de cuatro noticieros durante de la recaptura de Alexander Pérez, alias “Gringasho”, con el fin de determinar si cumplieron con las leyes y el respeto a los derechos humanos establecidos frente al tratamiento de exposición de menores de edad. El estudio parte de los reportajes emitidos en televisión el 13 de enero del 2013, cuando se capturó por tercera vez al “sicario más joven del Perú”. Alexander Pérez estaba punto de cumplir los 18 años recién en el mes de marzo de ese año, sin embargo, ciertos noticieros no dudaron en exponer el rostro del aún menor de edad. Para determinar qué tipo de información difundieron los medios sobre el caso de “Gringasho”, se estudiarán los reportajes difundidos durante esa época por el noticiero de Panorama, Domingo al Día, Punto Final y Reporte Semanal.
