El presente plan de negocio propone y evalúa el desarrollo y viabilidad de la puesta en marcha de BarberGo!, una barbería delivery. La propuesta de valor de este plan de negocio gira entorno a tres aspectos fundamentales: el enfoque al cliente que atraviesa todos los procesos de atención, la estrategia del servicio delivery y la promoción de un formato moderno y diferenciado de barbería. Debido a la evolución cultural que viene teniendo nuestro país, se ha logrado transformar o cambiar los paradigmas relacionados al cuidado masculino. En la actualidad, los hombres se preocupan cada vez más por su apariencia, y esta situación no es ajena al hombre peruano quienes destinan aproximadamente 10% de sus ingresos a su cuidado personal. Considerando las condiciones que se detallan anteriormente, existen tres puntos que se toman en cuenta en el desarrollo de nuestra idea de negocio: nichos de mercado desatendidos, formato de negocios diferenciados y servicios que ofrezcan experiencias únicas. Nuestro plan de negocio, BarberGo! propone la idea de una barbería delivery donde el público se conforme por hombres, cuyas edades oscilen entre los 20 años y 34 años, pertenecientes a un nivel socioeconómico B y C; que radican en Lima Sur Zona 9 en los distritos de: Villa el Salvador y Villa María del Triunfo y además, se sientan atraídos por un formato de barbería delivery y prioricen el uso de aplicativos móviles para adquirir un servicio, lo cual resulta innovador en el mercado.The present business plan proposes and evaluates the development and viability of the implementation of BarberGo!, barbería delivery. The value proposition of this business plan revolves around three fundamental aspects: the customer approach that goes through all the service processes, the delivery service strategy and the promotion of a modern and differentiated barbershop format. Due to the cultural evolution that our country has been having, it has been possible to transform or change the paradigms related to male care. At present, men are increasingly worried about their appearance, and this situation is not alien to the Peruvian man who allocates approximately 10% of his income to his personal care. Considering the conditions detailed above, there are three points that are taken into account in the development of our business idea: unattended market niches, differentiated business formats and services that offer unique experiences.
