The cultural integration and its relation with the organizational climate in the administrative employees of a company that commercializes LPG in Peru in the periods 2017 - 2018Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si la integración cultural se relaciona con el clima organizacional en los colaboradores administrativos de una empresa que comercializa GLP de Perú en los periodos 2017 - 2018. La metodología empleada es de enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño de la investigación es no experimental, corte longitudinal, correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 120 colaboradores administrativos de una empresa que comercializa GLP de Perú. Se utilizó un muestreo no probabilístico de tipo intencional por conveniencia, el tamaño muestral estuvo representado por 54 colaboradores. Se usó como instrumento un cuestionario, con un nivel de significancia de Alpha de Cronbach de 0,921 para la variable integración cultural y 0,933 para la variable clima organizacional. De acuerdo a los resultados estadísticos, se evidencia una significancia de 0,000 según las variables integración cultural y clima organizacional, lo cual indica que existe correlación entre las variables de estudio, por lo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna. Se concluye que la integración cultural se relaciona significativamente con el clima organizacional en los colaboradores administrativos: caso una empresa que comercializa GLP de Perú en los periodos 2017 y 2018.The present investigation has as objective to determine if the cultural integration is related to the organizational climate in the administrative employees of a company that commercializes LPG from Peru in the periods 2017 - 2018. The methodology used to elaborate this research is a quantitative approach and the design is non-experimental, longitudinal focus, correlational. The population consisted of 120 administrative collaborators of a company that commercializes LPG from Peru. A non-probabilistic sampling of intentional type was used for convenience, the sample size was represented by 54 collaborators. A questionnaire was used as instruments, with a level of significance of Cronbach's alpha of 0,921 for the cultural integration variablevand 0,933 for the organizational climate variable. According to the statistical results, a significance of 0.000 is evidenced according to the cultural integration and organizational climate variables, which indicates that there is a correlation between the study variables. in this sense the null hypothesis is rejected and accepts the alternative hypothesis. In conclusion, the cultural integration are significantly related to the organizational climate in the administrative employees of a company that commercializes LPG of Peru in the periods 2017 and 2018.
