Proyecto de servicio de pintado de vehículos livianos por siniestros leves a domicilio para personas de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract

Nuestro proyecto establece una propuesta de negocio que tiene como principal objetivo aliviar a las personas que se ven afectadas por la ausencia de su vehículo cuando este es protagonista de un incidente. Actualmente, el parque automotor de Lima no goza de un servicio exclusivo para vehículos ligeros que hayan sufrido algún tipo de accidente leve, el cual no requiera que este ingrese a un taller mecánico por un tiempo mínimo de una semana, lo que genera frustración entre los dueños pues se ven despojados de su principal herramienta para movilizarse libremente, arrebatándoles también su independencia. Ante esta problemática, y con la tendencia de incremento de vehículos circulando en Lima, detectamos una necesidad desatendida en el mercado; ante esto nuestro emprendimiento, denominado “Rush Car”, busca ofrecer un servicio innovador de reparación y pintado de carrocería a domicilio, a través de una aplicación web. La oferta va dirigida a personas entre 25 a 55 años, pertenecientes al NSE A, B y C residentes de Lima Metropolitana, zona 7. El principal atractivo del servicio radica en la optimización de tiempos. Los canales tradicionales de atención (talleres mecánicos), ofrecen un tiempo de reparación no menor a cinco días hábiles. Nosotros ofrecemos al cliente la facilidad de cotizar al instante a través de nuestra página web / aplicativo, programar la fecha y hora del servicio y recibir la atención desde la comodidad de su hogar u oficina ya que, actualmente, las personas valoran de sobremanera su tiempo y el modo en cómo lo invierten.

Our project establishes a business proposal whose main objective is to relieve people affected when their cars are involved in an incident and drivers find themselves suddenly with no vehicles. Nowadays, Lima's automobile fleet does not have an exclusive service for light vehicles involved in minor accidents. Some of these minor accidents do not need to send the vehicle to the automobile repair shops for, at least, a week, since this situation may generate frustration among the car owners, eventually deprived of their main tool to move freely, that’s without counting on independence. Facing this problem, and considering the growing trend of vehicles traveling in Lima, we observed a disregarded need in the market. That’s why we decided to create our start-up business called "Rush Car", a business that strives to offer an innovative service of at-home repair and painting of bodywork, through a web application. This idea targets a 25-55 year old public, belonging to income groups A, B and C living in the Metropolitan Lima, in area 7. The most interesting part of the service lies in the optimization of times. The traditional customer service channels (automobile repair shops) offer a repair time of no less than five working days. We will offer the customer an immediate quote through our website / application, the possibility to schedule the date and time and benefit from this service from the comfort of his/her own home or office since, nowadays, people greatly value their time as well as they spend it.
