El presente trabajo ha sido desarrollado con la finalidad de atender la necesidad de un nicho de mercado que demanda los servicios propios de un gimnasio y son aptos para adaptarse a las nuevas tendencias deportivas. El mercado objetivo está conformado por todos los habitantes de distritos específicos de Lima metropolitana, los cuales tengan una edad de entre 25 a 55 años. También se toma en consideración a habitantes y posibles usuarios de sectores cercanos. El enfoque será hacia los sectores B y C que tengan necesidad de realizar actividad física, a su vez tengan una vida social activa. Asimismo, que tengan problemas relacionados a la dejadez y falta de disciplina. El servicio se potenciará con el desarrollo de una comunidad deportiva, en la cual puedan compartir gustos y preferencias. Asimismo, existe una gran flexibilidad respecto a la ubicación, atención y coordinación del servicio. La propuesta es disciplinar, mediante el deporte, a personas poco activas físicamente. A través de un entorno cómodo y versátil.The present project has been developed in order to meet the need for a niche market that demands the services of a gym and are suitable to adapt to new sports trends. The target market is made up of all the inhabitants of specific districts of Metropolitan Lima, which are between 25 and 55 years old. Residents and potential users of nearby sectors are also taken into consideration. The focus will be on sectors B and C that need to perform physical activity, and in turn also have an active social life. Also, have problems related to carelessness and lack of discipline. The service will be enhanced with the development of a sports community, in which they can share tastes and preferences. Likewise, there is great flexibility regarding the location, attention and coordination of the service. The proposal is to discipline people that are not physically active through sports, with a comfortable and versatile environment.
