En Perú se registra un crecimiento considerable de la cultura animalista, por ende, los peruanos destinan un mayor porcentaje de sus ingresos al cuidado de sus mascotas. Un servicio con alta demanda en la actualidad es el de hospedaje canino; ya que pueden recurrir a este cuando no pueden hacerse cargo de sus mascotas por motivo de viajes, trabajo o reuniones. Luego de identificar esta necesidad, decidimos crear Happy Dog, con la finalidad de brindar el cuidado adecuado y personalizado a los perros ante la ausencia de sus dueños. Además, no sólo ofreceremos cuidado sino también servicios adicionales como: entrenamiento, alimentación, grooming, trekking, entre otros. Otro punto a resaltar, es la accesibilidad de nuestro servicio ya que incluye el recojo y retorno a domicilio de los canes; de esta manera ayudamos a que los dueños destinen su tiempo a otras actividades. Happy Dog se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de Chorrillos y está dirigido a los niveles socioeconómicos A y B. Nuestra capacidad inicial nos permitirá recibir 10 perros y ofreceremos los servicios las 24 horas. El proyecto contempla una inversión inicial total de S/112,492.67 soles y será financiado el 50% con capital propio y el restante con un financiamiento con el banco Interbank por un plazo de 3 años.In Peru there is a considerable growth of animal culture in the Peruvians destiny beyond their income in the care of their dog to which is included a lodging that becomes a burden of this trip, or working days in which they can not Take care of the dog. The project contemplates a total investment of 97,709.37 soles and an additional gain of 305,878.93 soles is obtained at a weighted average cost of capital of 9.49% corresponding to an economic return rate of 50.38% for the 5 years of the project impacting in a positive way in the investors.
