El proyecto de Kiniwa Power Sweets nace con la finalidad de mejorar la alimentación de su mercado objetivo que comprende a personas de 26 a 55 años que se preocupan por tener una alimentación saludable. La propuesta de valor está enfocada en ser una marca de gran valor con contenido a base de quinua y con 3 presentaciones de 200 gramos de acuerdo a la investigación de mercados realizada. A corto plazo el proyecto quiere ser reconocido como la empresa líder en venta de productos alimenticios a base de quinua y poder generar un impacto favorable en la salud de los clientes. La distribución del local permitirá poder realizar la producción y poder operar a capacidad óptima. Los colaboradores estarán enfocados en dar un servicio de alto nivel y poder dar soluciones con foco en la persona. El plan de operaciones abarca desde la compra a los proveedores hasta la venta a clientes naturales y personas jurídicas. El monto de la inversión es de 84,601.28 soles que va direccionado a 5 años donde el valor generado a nivel económico es de 19,333.88 soles y una tasa interna de retorno de 50.13% superior al costo de financiarse deuda con capital que es de 14.53% anual. El accionista realiza el aporte de 42,300.64 soles y obtiene una ganancia adicional de 16,533.32 soles que se obtiene una tasa interna de retorno de 70.37% superior al costo de oportunidad exigido de 20.81% anual.The Kiniwa project was created with the aim of improving the nutrition of its target market, which includes a person between 26 and 55 years old who cares about having a healthy diet. The value proposal is focused on a high value brand with content based on quinoa and with 3 presentations of 200 grams according to the research of the markets carried out. In the short term the project wants to be recognized as the leading company in the sale of quinoa-based food products and be able to generate a favorable impact on the health of customers. The distribution of the premises allows production to be carried out and to operate at an optimum capacity. The collaborators will be focused on a high level service and be able to give solutions to the focus on the person. The operations plan ranges from the purchase to the suppliers to the sale to natural clients and legal entities. The amount of the investment is 84,601.28 soles that are directed to 5 years where the value is generated at the economic level is 19,333.88 soles and a rate of return of 50.13% higher than the cost of financing the debt with capital that is 14.53% annual. The shareholder makes the contribution of 42,300.64 soles and obtains an additional gain of 16,533.32 soles, which results in an internal rate of return of 70.37% higher than the required opportunity cost of 20.81% per year.
