dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar el liderazgo emocional femenino y su influencia en la sostenibilidad de las empresas familiares Mype con una antigüedad mayor a diez años del sector comercio en Lima- Perú. En el capítulo 1 se desarrolla el marco teórico que incluye definiciones básicas del tema que estamos investigando. En el capítulo 2, se realiza la contextualización a través de la metodología de investigación estableciendo el propósito y tipo de investigación, la descripción del contexto en el cual se desarrolla las entrevistas, la muestra que hemos utilizado con segmentos determinados. En el capítulo 3 se desarrolla el análisis de los resultados a partir de la información que hemos recopilado de nuestras entrevistas a profundidad. En el capítulo 4 se desarrolla la discusión del análisis que nos lleva a identificar las conclusiones de la investigación realizada. Por último, en el capítulo 5 se plasman las conclusiones a la que hemos llegado después de haber realizado nuestra investigación, así como las recomendaciones y sugerencias.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research work is to analyze female emotional leadership and its influence on the sustainability of Mype family businesses with more than ten years of experience in the commerce sector in Lima-Peru. In chapter 1 the theoretical framework is developed that includes basic definitions of the subject that we are investigating. In chapter 2, the contextualization is carried out through the research methodology establishing the purpose and type of research, the description of the context in which the interviews are conducted, the sample that we have used are certain segments through which the gathering information. In Chapter 3 the analysis of the results is developed from the information we have gathered from our in-depth interviews. In chapter 4, the discussion of the analysis that leads us to identify the conclusions of the research carried out is developed. Finally, chapter 5 shows the conclusions we have reached after having done our research, as well as the recommendations and suggestions.en_US
