Clockids, el reloj de rutinas saludables para niños

Abstract

Este proyecto nace de una investigación a madres de niños entre 3 y 7 años en donde se halló la necesidad de un producto que les ayudara a inculcar rutinas saludables de forma divertida. Por esto, creamos el producto “Clockids”, una herramienta eco amigable, fácil de utilizar y que ayuda a la educación y formación de disciplina en los niños. Este producto también ayudará a crear fomentar vínculos entre padres e hijos, mediante la planificación de actividades diarias y fomentar la independencia de los niños.

Mediante el análisis, hemos determinado que nuestro segmento de mercado está ubicado en el NSE A y B. La información estadística del INEI ha permitido identificar un tamaño de mercado de 272,476 niños.

Para llevar a cabo el proyecto hemos estimado una inversión inicial de 47,44.20 soles con una Tasa Interna de Retorno de 60% y un periodo de recuperación de 2 años.

El proyecto ha sido desarrollado por un equipo de alumnos de las carreras de Administración de Empresas y Marketing, quienes vieron la oportunidad de analizar la viabilidad de proyecto y qué es lo que necesita para ponerlo en marcha.

This project was born from an investigation to mothers with children between 3 and 7 years old. It was identified the need for a product that would help them to instill healthy routines in a fun way. To satisfy this need, we have created "Clockids", an eco-friendly tool, easy to use that will help parents to educate and train their children discipline. This product will also encourage the links between parents and children, by planning daily activities and promoting their children independence.

Through the analysis, we have determined that our market segment is located in SEL A and B and INEI’s statistical information has allowed us to identify a market size of 272,476 children.

To carry out the project we have estimated an initial investment of 47.44.20 soles with an Internal Rate of Return of 60%, which indicates a two years recovery period.

The project has been developed by a team of students from Business Administration and Marketing careers, who saw the opportunity to analyze the feasibility of the project and what it is required to start it up.
