Propuesta de una arquitectura empresarial para un operador logístico

Abstract

El presente trabajo corresponde a la realización de una propuesta de una Arquitectura Empresarial para un operador logístico aplicando el marco de trabajo TOGAF con la finalidad de identificar proyectos que aporten al logro de los objetivos estratégicos. Así mismo, proponemos la implementación de herramientas de Business Intelligence & Analistics bajo el marco de trabajo de SCRUM, de manera que el tratamiento de la información permita anticipar oportunamente necesidades logísticas de sus clientes. El primer capítulo del trabajo corresponde a la definición del proyecto, el cual abarca el objeto de estudio, los objetivos y beneficios del proyecto. El segundo capítulo corresponde al marco teórico que detalla los conceptos principales de la arquitectura empresarial, métodos ágiles, y nos ayuda a comprender la definición de un operador logístico. El tercer capítulo corresponde al desarrollo del proyecto, donde se explica las arquitecturas AS IS y TO BE, el análisis de brechas, la evaluación del impacto de riesgos en el proyecto, y las oportunidades y soluciones de mejora. Finalmente, en el cuarto capítulo describiremos la propuesta del proyecto.

The present work corresponds to the realization of a proposal for a Business Architecture for a 3PL applying the TOGAF framework in order to identify projects that contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives. Likewise, we propose the implementation of Business Intelligence & Analytics tools under the framework of SCRUM, in such a way that the processing of the information allows to opportunely anticipate the logistic needs of its clients. The first chapter of the work corresponds to the definition of the project, which covers the object of study, the objectives and benefits of the project. The second chapter corresponds to the theoretical framework that details the main concepts of business architecture, agile methods, and helps us understand the definition of a logistics operator. The third chapter corresponds to the development of the project, where the architectures AS IS and TO BE are explained, the analysis of gaps, the evaluation of the impact of risks in the project, and the opportunities and solutions for improvement. Finally, in the fourth chapter we will describe the project proposal.
