Independence This thesis analyzes and planted a Solution The current conditions and future traffic in the intersection of the avenues including Tupac Amaru and Thomas Valle, based on vehicle flows additionally enter the street Sanchez Cerro. Data were taken to calculate the capacity of the currently installed Road Infrastructure, tales traffic control Como, vials devices within the study area and geometry of the area and traffic flows entering the Av. Tupac Amaru street already mentioned. This thesis is based on the Methodology Manual Highway Capacity (HCM) (2010). Thus, with the data obtained vehicular demand affects the study area is determined and then the analysis of results obtained from the modeling software with V8 Synchro is done, both for the current situation as future situation. This would seek to solve the problems of delays, saturation and service levels at intersections, estimating traffic flow to 6 years valid period of Sustainability for a road project Urbano, based on the vehicular Growth District of Independence where it meets the Study zone.en_US
