El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera de un Plan de Negocios para la implementación de la franquicia de una Clínica Veterinaria en el Perú. Se realizó un análisis del negocio, en donde se describe su concepción y se desarrolla la estrategia y el modelo de negocio que se utilizará para captar al público objetivo. Luego, el análisis estratégico permitió definir las ventajas competitivas que permitirán liderar el sector de franquicias veterinarias. Con el estudio de mercado se midió el mercado objetivo indirecto (dueños de mascotas) y el directo (franquiciados) para luego definir los ingresos que se obtendrían por regalías. Posteriormente, se realizó un análisis técnico del negocio, que detalla los servicios que se brindarán al franquiciado, la estructura organizacional que permitirá la correcta implementación del negocio de franquicia y la estrategia de marketing que logrará colocar 12 franquicias del mercado objetivo. A través del análisis económico, se identificaron los costos de implementación del negocio, los gastos a incurrir y la inversión total que permita la operación. Finalmente, mediante el análisis financiero, se demuestra la viabilidad financiera del proyecto, a través de los resultados de los índices de rentabilidad obtenidos.The objective of this study is to evaluate the technical, economic and financial viability of a business plan for the implementation of the franchise of a Veterinary Clinic in Peru. We have made the business analysis, which describes its conception and develops the strategy and business model, for the catchment of the target audiences. Then, the strategic analysis allowed us to determine the competitive advantages that will allow leading the veterinary franchise sector. With de market study we were able to measure the indirect target market (owners of pets) and the direct target market (franchisees) in order to determine the income made from the royalties. Later, we have made a technical analysis of the business in order to determine the services that will be provided to the franchisees, the organizational structure that will allow the correct implementation of the franchise business and the marketing strategy that will achieve 12 franchises of the target market. When performing the economic analysis, we identified the implementation costs of the business, the incurring expenses and the total investment required for the whole transaction. At the end, the profitability ratios obtained by the financial analysis, showed the financial viability of the project.
