Chaska es una tienda online de joyería peruana, que destaca en un mercado competitivo gracias a un alto nivel de creatividad y en el valor agregado que engloba la historia peruana de cada joya, cuidando siempre mantener los más altos estándares de calidad. Su línea de diseño se enfoca en plasmar con armonía y delicadeza la cosmovisión de las antiguas culturas del Perú. La marca se esmera en poner un énfasis especial en la temática del comercio justo, las tendencias de protección del medio ambiente y de aplicar estrategias de responsabilidad social empresarial.El objetivo de Chaska es exportar y vender joyas de plata 950 al mercado alemán, desde su propia boutique online, con proyección a ingresar en el canal retail. En el presente trabajo se analiza la posibilidad que tiene el proyecto de generar una alta rentabilidad, gracias al estudio del consumidor alemán y las tendencias de mercado actuales; el estudio del macro y micro entorno; el análisis financiero, etc.Chaska is an online Peruvian jewelry store, that stands out in a competitive market thanks to it’s high level of creativity and the added value that encompasses the Peruvian history of each jewel, focusing on maintaining a high-quality standard. Its design line captures the cosmovision of the ancient cultures of Peru with harmony and delicacy. The brand strives to put a special emphasis on fair trade, environmental protection trends and on implementing corporate social responsibility strategies. The goal of Chaska is to export and sell 950 silver jewelry to the German market, from its own online boutique, with plans to enter the retail channel afterwards. In the present essay, the possibility of generating high profitability is analyzed, thanks to the study of the German consumer and the current market trends; the study of the macro and micro environment; financial analysis, etc.
