Propuesta de mejora del proceso logístico de una empresa constructora

Abstract

En el presente estudio se propone un nuevo modelo del proceso logístico de una empresa constructora reduciendo desperdicios utilizando las herramientas de la filosofía Lean, con el objetivo de estandarizar procesos y lograr la satisfacción del cliente en el momento de la entrega, así como incrementando la productividad de la empresa al reducir el tiempo de demora de entrega por diferentes causas. La propuesta se basa en la investigación de la empresa Siemens para la fábrica de su mecanismo estándar Congleton quienes practican la filosofía Lean, al utilizar la herramienta JIT por medio de sus herramientas Kanban y Sistema Pull para disminuir los desechos, los costos, los inventarios de materias primas y productos terminados.

In the present study a new model of the logistics process of a construction company is proposed reducing waste using the tools of the Lean philosophy, with the aim of standardizing processes and achieving customer satisfaction at the time of delivery, as well as increasing productivity of the company by reducing the delivery delay time for different reasons. The proposal is based on the research of the Siemens company for the factory of its standard mechanism Congleton who practice the Lean philosophy, by using the JIT tool through its Kanban and Pull System tools to reduce waste, costs, inventories of raw materials and finished products.
