Influencia de la comunicación interna en la satisfacción laboral en una empresa consultora

Abstract

Se presenta a la comunicación interna y satisfacción laboral como uno de los grandes retos de la organización, que se enfoca en mantener a los colaboradores al tanto de la información y novedades de la empresa, respondiendo competitiva y satisfactoriamente las demandas y estableciendo un clima laboral óptimo para la productividad. Asimismo, se presenta los objetivos a los que apuntan, los elementos que los componen y sus características. De igual manera se analizan los enfoques a través del tiempo, empezando por un enfoque clásico que considera que la importancia de la comunicación interna radica en informar sobre las funciones del puesto, y terminando con un enfoque contemporáneo afirmando que la importancia está en la transmisión del conocimiento a través de medios tecnológicos

It is presented to the internal communication and job satisfaction as one of the great challenges of the organization, which focuses on keeping the employees aware of the information and news of the company, responding competitively and satisfactorily the demands and establishing an optimal working environment for productivity. It also presents the objectives to which they point, the elements that compose them and their characteristics. Likewise, the approaches are analyzed over time, starting with a classic approach that considers that the importance of internal communication lies in reporting on the functions of the position, and ending with a contemporary approach stating that the importance lies in the transmission of the knowledge through technological means.
