The corruption increasing in Peru and the economic impact that this generates in private companies has led to this problem. The corruption is an international phenomenon and in response to this, each country, which has analyzed in the present thesis, has implemented -to a greater or lesser degree- corporate responsability systems that have generated a culture of regulatory compliance. With this information, the advances in the peruvian legislation have been contrasted and thus determine if the current legislation is completely efficient to combat the phenomenon of corruption. In addition, the power of the State to set up as mandatory a implementation of compliance regulation which permit reduce the levels of corruption in the Perú has been analyzed since it is not enought the companies assume as voluntary the implementation of compliance regulation, for that reason it necesary that these implementation will be as a mandatory and imposed by the State.
