Análisis de una implementación de un área de confecciones en empresas Pymes exportadoras de prendas de vestir de alpaca en el Perú

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación propone la "Implementación de un área de confecciones en empresas PYMES exportadoras de prendas de vestir de alpaca en el Perú”, como una alternativa que permita llegar a un nuevo mercado atractivo y así poder incrementar los volúmenes de exportación. La importancia de esta implementación es que permitirá a las PYMES incrementar sus ingresos y exportación con el fin de demostrar que hay potencial si se invierte en la implementación de un área de confecciones y, por ende, compra de maquinaria. La propuesta se basa en ejemplos de PYMES que tienen mejores condiciones debido a la implementación de esta área y adquisición de maquinaria. Por ello, se desarrollará en qué consiste una implementación de un área de confección, como se puede dar el crecimiento de exportaciones, los factores administrativos e inversión a tomar en cuenta y el desarrollo de mercado y producto cuando se elige el nuevo mercado para exportar. En base a las entrevistas realizadas el Gerente General, Gerente Comercial o Gerente de Producción identificaron ventajas y desventajas por la implementación e identificaron los problemas de la tercerización de la confección. Por ello, como objetivo tenemos proponer la implementación del área confecciones en PYMES exportadoras. Al concluir la investigación, se analizará si la implementación del área mencionada conlleva al incremento de las exportaciones en PYMES.

This research work proposes the "Implementation of a clothing area in PYMES exporting apparel garments alpaca in Peru", as an alternative to reach a new attractive market and increase export volumes. The importance of this implementation is that it will allow SMEs to increase their income and exports in order to demonstrate that there is potential if they invest in the implementation of a clothing area and, therefore, purchase of machinery. The proposal is based on examples of PYMES that have better conditions due to the implementation of this area and acquisition of machinery. Therefore, it will be developed what constitutes an implementation of a manufacturing area, as it can be the growth of exports, administrative factors and investment to take into account and the development of market and product when the new market is chosen to export. Based on the visits made to four companies and surveying eleven companies, the General Manager, Commercial Manager or Production Manager identified advantages and disadvantages for the implementation and identified the problems of outsourcing of the confection. Therefore, as an objective we propose the implementation of the area in export PYMES.
