Percepción de la competitividad del terminal norte multipropósito del Callao y el comercio exterior peruano

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación busca analizar los factores que determinan la competitividad del Terminal Norte Multipropósito del Callao según la percepción de los operadores del comercio exterior peruano, con la finalidad de identificar las deficiencias halladas por cada factor y proponer recomendaciones que ayuden a mejorar la competitividad del terminal. Por este motivo, mediante un análisis cualitativo se realizaron entrevistas a seis operadores del comercio exterior del Terminal Norte Multipropósito del Callao, con la finalidad de obtener una visión más específica acerca de su percepción respecto a los factores descritos en la presente investigación y de qué modo determinan la competitividad del Terminal Norte Multipropósito del Callao.

This research seeks to analyze the factors that determine the competitiveness of the Multipurpose North Terminal of Callao according to the perception of Peruvian foreign trade operators, in order to identify the deficiencies found by each factor and propose recommendations that help improve competitiveness of the terminal. For this reason, through a qualitative analysis, interviews were conducted with six foreign trade operators of the Multipurpose North Terminal of Callao, in order to obtain a more specific view about their perception regarding the factors described in the present investigation and in what way determine the competitiveness of the Multipurpose North Terminal of Callao.
