Propuesta de una vivienda social auto sostenible en la ciudad de Arequipa, utilizando energía renovable, con paneles solares, y reciclaje aguas grises, así como análisis de rentabilidad, cuadros comparativos de energía convencional versus energía renovable. Aporta a la formación de una visión diferente, la reducción de los impactos ambientales se debe centrar en todas las etapas de la construcción, tanto en la extracción de materias primas como en la etapa de procesamiento y fabricación de componentes para la construcción, todo esto enfocado bajo un pensamiento ambiental y social, el cual aporta la capacidad de observar y entender la naturaleza como un sistema complejo, y no como un simple conjunto de elementos independientes actuando de manera individual.Proposal of a self-sustainable social housing in the city of Arequipa, using renewable energy, with solar panels, and gray water recycling, as well as profitability analysis, comparative tables of conventional energy versus renewable energy. It contributes to the formation of a different vision, the reduction of environmental impacts must be focused on all stages of construction, both in the extraction of raw materials and in the stage of processing and manufacturing of components for construction, all this focused under an environmental and social thinking, which provides the ability to observe and understand nature as a complex system, and not as a simple set of independent elements acting individually.
