      The project has the main objective of the implementation of a model of management of it services with foundations in the NTP-ISO/IEC 20 000 for an SME, and purposes of the project, an SME with heading of information technology-oriented business. It should be noted that implementation project is developed in two relevant phases: analysis and design as well as implementation. The implementation methodology under which the project is governed is the PDCA (plan, do, check and Act) or also known as continuous improvement methodology. The first phase consists of an analysis and relevant research which corresponds to the standard ISO/IEC 20 000, which is the international standard for the proper management of it services that you want to implement. In the second phase, the project proceeds to the analysis and implementation of service management model based on NTP-ISO/IEC 20000. This is developed on the basis of the previous phase and to carry out the implementation of the model, will be taken to the virtual company of UPC: IT-EXPERT and the it services that it manages as part of their processes. Finally, the project allows to align the processes of management of it services in small and medium-sized companies to the model of management of services based on NTP-ISO/IEC 20 000. In the case of the virtual enterprise IT-EXPERT, through the implementation of the management model of service you, achieved improving the standard of quality and operability of the it services. Worth noting, the implementation of the model proposed by the project allows SMEs you can improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the process of delivery of services to our customers, improve the perception of quality by customers for the services you provided, optimize the high consumption in resources and time in response to requests for services, therefore decrease expressed in expenditures and also economic losses, align it SME it service management are regulated under a framework that allows ensuring their alignment to best practices, and thus, having competitiveness in the market of information technology services.
