      The purpose of this project is to improve the current system of complaints for the Peruvian National Police following the norms and laws established in the Code of Criminal Procedure, in view of this situation arises the project: "Mejora del sistema SIDPOL para la Policía Nacional del Perú". For the validation of the model, the Ministry of the Interior, an administrative authority to exercises the functions of the internal government and the police through police and non-police bodies, was taken as a reference in the same way to maintain and restore democratic internal order, public order. In order to improve the complaints system of the Peruvian National Police (PNP), we are taken four approaches to Enterprise Architecture, which are Business, Applications, Data and Technology, are taken into account. Each of these approaches has an objective: the first identifies and optimizes the internal complaint processes of the PNP; The second approach allows to show the structure of the interfaces for the applications that will be developed later by the PNP; In the third approach it models a correctly structured and defined database design. Finally, the fourth approach must be considered and mapped all the components of the technological infrastructure that the PNP currently has. Finally, the final result of the project is a sensible economic for the implementation of the police complaint system for the PNP, considering that all the technological components identified in the Technological Architecture are under a new technological infrastructure that is supported and will last in time.
