In the present investigation, the present execution procedure is presented for the Hermilio Valdizan station, that has a real execution time at the structural helmet level of 320 calendar days and a work cost of $ 17,653,000.86, also shows three alternative proposals for the construction of the work, the first proposal contemplates the execution of the work by means of the cut and cover method top down mode, in this proposal we have a deadline of execution of 289 calendar days and a work cost of $ 15,984,350.85. the second proposal contemplates the execution of the work under the cut and cover method, top down modality, that has a deadline of 337 calendar days and a construction cost of $ 15,707,159.90; the third proposal contemplates the execution of the work under the cut and cover method modality bottom up, has a deadline of 238 calendar days and a construction cost of $ 14,840,048.09, after showing these results can be contrasted with the current procedure of construction and verify that there are alternatives with shorter execution time and lower cost of work, with this result can be recommended the alternative to be used in the construction of the work, according to the situation of the project, the advantages in each situation will be determined according to the state of the project and the urban environment where the project is located.
