AbstractThe purpose of this business project is to demonstrate the profitability of the company QHALIKIDS through the analysis of several exposed measuring instruments. This undertaking arises from the need and request initially collected in the private consultancies, because, for the most part, parents have a daily work rate of 6 to 8 hours, which is why our target audience is children in Initial education so that educational institutions become an ideal channels for promoting healthy lifestyles that contribute to the control of the child's growth and development. QHALIKIDS, is a Peruvian company born to the initiative of two nutritionists with experience in providing nutrition service to educational institutions in the district of San Borja, however for this research work aims to expand the market, which is why it is carried out the market survey to the district of San Miguel. According to the Register of Educational Institutions and Programs managed by the Statistics Unit of the Ministry of Education, there are approximately 152 initial education centers in the district of San Miguel. Where the document of the Peruvian company of market studies and public opinion S.A.C. (CP1) for August of 2017 reports that by geographic zones according to socioeconomic level AB to the district of San Miguel with 75.5% 1 QHALIKIDS, is characterized by providing a range of packages where managers of educational institutions can access. Also, to promote them through technology as agents of change that allow them to increase their competitive advantage as an educational entity. On the other hand, the financial analysis of the project estimated an initial investment of 25405 nuevos soles sustained through the support of the company's shareholders, without initially demanding a bank. Also, with a cash flow that shows profitability during the first 3 years due to the alliance established with the university to the Peruvian with the purpose of having human resources of the nutrition profession that have educational projects to be implemented with educational institutions. Finally, the expenses in anthropometric instruments initially invested have a durability of 5 to 8 years, not demanding a fixed annual expense in this area.
