Resumen
Esta investigación tiene la finalidad de identificar cuáles son los factores por los cuales las empresas exportadoras en el Perú no certifican como Operador Económico Autorizado en el periodo 2013-2017. Para ello se ha estructurado el presente trabajo en cinco fases. En primer lugar, el marco teórico donde se analiza el concepto OEA, sus principales requisitos y beneficios. En segundo lugar, el desarrollo de la metodología de investigación, el cual mediante entrevistas realizadas a personal que labora en diferentes empresas exportadoras, se pudo obtener información valiosa y relevante para la elaboración de este estudio. En tercer lugar, la elaboración del análisis de todos los datos recopilados, que conllevan a obtener hallazgos y resultados concretos, así como también conocer si existen brechas y barreras en nuestra investigación. Por otro lado, en el cuarto lugar se puede describir los resultados de los principales factores por los cuáles las empresas exportadoras en el Perú no certifican como OEA. Finalmente, se detallan las conclusiones y recomendaciones del tema expuesto en el presente trabajo.This investigation has the purpose of identifying which are the factors by which the exporting companies in Peru do not certify as Authorized Economic Operator in the period 2013-2017. For this, the present work has been structured in five phases. First, the theoretical framework where the OAS concept is analyzed, its main requirements and benefits. Secondly, the development of the research methodology, which through interviews with personnel working in different exporting companies, was able to obtain valuable and relevant information for the preparation of this study. Thirdly, the elaboration of the analysis of all the collected data, which lead to obtaining findings and concrete results, as well as knowing if there are gaps and barriers in our research. On the other hand, in the fourth place you can describe the results of the main factors for which the exporting companies in Peru do not certify as AEO. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the subject presented in the present work are detailed.
