The graduates represent the value that the University will return to society and an indicator of the success or failure of your goals as an educational institution. The education received at the University will have great relevance to the future development of students on all Aspects of his life (work, social, etc.). However, the link between the University and its graduate is lost as the years pass and have it relate back to your Alma Mater is a big challenge. The purpose of this document is make a proposal for the architecture of processes for managing and monitoring graduates to achieve and maintain the link between the University and its Alumni through the adoption and adaptation strategies of relationship marketing, taking as its premise the special relationship that exists between them. The purpose of this work is to define a process architecture for managing and tracking graduates and then achieve and maintain the link between these and the University through the adoption and adaptation of relationship marketing strategies. This paper also explores case studies from various universities in the world with processes relationship with its graduates already established, which have helped them maintain University-Graduate link in the long term and thereby gather the information needed to measure the success of teaching and get options for improvement. The combination of relational marketing strategies and processes established at different universities makes this processes architecture can help the University to implement it to meet the need to maintain the link with their graduates.Acceso abierto
