      This work of investigation announces the origin and strategies applied in the electronic commerce, for this, we will analyze the company Linio and their operations in three countries: Mexico, Chile and Peru, basing on the level of satisfaction of the buyers online. In the first part of this investigation, we will be able to find relevant information about the electronic commerce: origin, evolution and current context. This is indispensable to contextualize the reader on the topic that we are developing. In addition, we will be able to know Linio's history from his foundation up to the current situation of the company in three countries of study: Mexico, Chile and Peru. In the development of this investigation we will know the factors that influence positively and negatively the level of satisfaction of the buyers online. For it, we will show the strategic alliances that Linio supports with the logistic operators in the three mentioned countries in study. In addition, we will verify the influence of the payment methods in the decision of purchase. Additional, we will know the omnichannel strategy that Linio has developed to offer an attention of excellence to the buyers online, this is important, since it will allow us to know the strategies of marketing that Linio has developed. The objective of this work is to identify the factors that influence the level of satisfaction and the level of purchase of the consumers online in Linio, Latin America. In addition, we offer relevant information about the current situation of the electronic commerce in Latin America in order that experts and entrepreneurs could develop in topics of electronic commerce having as a reference the company Linio.

    • Análisis para la inversión extranjera directa de la empresa Cementos Yura S.A. en Santa Cruz, Bolivia

      The main objective of this project is to demonstrate the feasibility of implementing a commercial office of Cementos Yura S.A. in Santa Cruz, Bolivia in order to increase market share in the construction sector. This in order to propose the best guidelines for the opening of the commercial office. Likewise, it will seek to generate openness to new markets within Bolivia and bordering countries with it. To provide a first approximation of this work, the first chapter will detail the theoretical framework, on which the present research work is based. Therefore, the first section will be made up of management theories and the basic concepts related to the manufacturing sector, Foreign Direct Investment and International Policy. In the second chapter, the research plan will be detailed in this project. Therefore, the company, problem, hypothesis and objectives that are sought to comply with the present research work will be made known in detail. Following the design of the present investigation, the third chapter is directed to the methodology that will be used in the present work. In this way, we will detail the types of research that will be performed and the information collected according to the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Once the research plan and the methodology of the present investigation are detailed, the fourth chapter will be directed to the development and application based on the theories chosen and detailed in the first chapter. In the fifth chapter, the relevant analysis will be carried out, which will allow the presentation of the guidelines and strategic points for the opening of the commercial office. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations for the implementation of the commercial office will be presented. This will aim to increase the participation of the company Cementos Yura S.A. In the Bolivian market.

      Corporate Governance consists in the way that an organization is ruled or managed, and its objective is to generate value to its shareholders and investors, so for all its stakeholders as well. A suitable model is reached when it exists a balance between the direction of the Enterprise and the good performance of it (Confecámaras, 2016). The concept of corporate governance is broad, so our study case focuses in two areas: the intern communication of it to the workers and the creation of value for the Company. Aeropuertos Andinos del Perú S.A. is a peruvian-argentinian Enterprise, which is in charge of the concession of the administration of five airports in Peru. The present investigation has as an objective to analyze the relationship between the effective communication of the Corporate Governance’s principles to the workers and its impact in the value of the organization. In order to collect the pertinent information for this study, workers were surveyed to know the perception that they have of the organizational communication, and depth interviews with Managers to understand better the current policies from a managerial point of view. Among the most striking conclusions, there is a problem of internal communication, mostly due to the physical distribution of the enterprise in six different provinces. Likewise, it was verified that the company’s value depends on the effective communication of the principles of Corporate Governance to its employees, as it aligns the objectives and strengthens the compromise with the company.

    • Efecto de la motivación en la productividad en el área administrativa del sector Certificaciones de Sistemas de Gestión en Lima Metropolitana, Perú, durante el primer semestre del año 2018

      La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal identificar la relación entre la motivación y la productividad en el área administrativa del sector de certificaciones de sistemas de gestión en el Perú en el primer semestre del año 2018. Tiene un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa de diseño no experimental y tipo descriptivo correlacional. Para la recolección de datos en la investigación cuantitativa se usaron dos cuestionarios en los colaboradores, una para medir los factores motivacionales y de higiene de Frederick Herzberg, y otro para medir la eficacia y eficiencia en dicha área, en ambos se tomó en cuenta la escala de Likert, donde se eligieron 5 niveles que iban desde Totalmente en desacuerdo hasta Totalmente de acuerdo. La muestra cuantitativa fue de 51 colaboradores, y para apoyar y validar la información obtenida se realizaron entrevistas a expertos de dicho sector, con la finalidad obtener información complementaria que nos pudiera corroborar los resultados. Luego de la realización del análisis de datos, los resultados revelaron que existen una correlación positiva muy alta entre la motivación y la productividad laboral, con un nivel de coeficiente de correlación de 0.909; por otro lado, el único factor de higiene que no tiene una correlación con la productividad es la relación con los superiores; y para finalizar, el factor de higiene “relaciones interpersonales” tiene una correlación negativa moderada de 0.473 con la productividad. Con ello se demuestra la gran implicancia que tiene la motivación sobre la productividad dentro de una organización.

    • Estudio cuantitativo del impacto de las capacitaciones organizacionales en la productividad y la retención del personal basado en el servicio de Effectus Fischman Consultores en un banco peruano de microfinanzas en el año 2016 Lima - Perú

      Staff training is a key factor for the organizations’s development; despite its importance and impact on business results, this is rarely done strategically and much less is measured in depth. Also, it is known that the worker's performance is related to the skills that they have, for that reason the importance of developing and reinforcing them. In addition, increasing competition in the market requires companies to have trained personnel, who could respond to the changing environment and help generate competitive advantages. For this reason, the present document is based on a quantitative study carried out for Effectus Fischman Consultores, a human resources consulting firm, that dictated a program of "Leadership 360º" in 2016 to a company of the Peruvian financial sector; in which the impact of organizational training on worker satisfaction, productivity and staff retention was determined through a satisfaction survey of the participants, an analysis of the initial and final comparison of a 360º leadership assessment conducted at those trained in soft skills and a review of the impact on staff turnover indicators, respectively. In other words, a quantitative analysis was conducted in a comprehensive and detailed way to determine the impact of organizational training on productivity and retention of staff based on the Effectus Fischman Consultores service in a Peruvian microfinance bank in 2016 in Lima - Peru.

      The present thesis entitled "The study of the differences between men and women in leadership styles and their effect on access to management positions in Nexsys del Perú SAC", identifies in which type of leadership are people who hold management positions according to the Managerial Grid Model. The study corresponded to a quantitative approach, at a descriptive, prospective and transversal observational level. The methods used were the Blake & Mouton survey, and a self-adapted questionnaire, which allowed us to have a focus on gender differences in leadership styles and to find out the fundamental reason for access to management positions in the organization. The applied tools were carried out using a population of eighteen people in managerial positions between twenty-four to sixty years of age, working; and having as manager, from one month to eight years. The particularity of the investigation is that it is a company where 61.11% are women and 38.89% are men, with more than half women, including the General Manager. Taking into account the latest reports from the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics, the social situation or social variables, so that women do not work in the management of an organization, in the case of Nexsys del Perú SAC, does not apply because there are more women than men in management positions, discarding that custom that only men lead in organizations.

    • Estudio del impacto de Facebook en una microempresa: caso “Los Sanguchones de Kike” en el período 2013 - 2015

      En la actualidad las redes sociales se han convertido en un medio para que las empresas hagan conocidos sus productos o servicios de manera rápida, llegando a un gran número de personas. Mediante el uso de las mismas, se ha modificado la manera de hacer publicidad llegando a innovar en los métodos y a su vez obteniendo la ventaja de estar cerca a sus consumidores, conociendo sus necesidades, su perfil e interactuando con ellos. El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional está orientado a demostrar que el uso de Facebook fue el medio más efectivo para que la microempresa “Los Sanguchones de Kike” haya captado nuevos clientes. Para la base teórica se utilizaron los temas: marketing digital, estrategia del uso de redes sociales, investigación de mercados y microempresa. Se plantearon objetivos específicos, los cuales consistieron en (i) medir cómo la interacción de la página de Facebook impactó directamente al incremento en las ventas (ii) la recordación de los productos que generan las publicaciones y finalmente (iii) la comparación en alcance y costo del uso de esta red social frente al de los métodos tradicionales (específicamente volantes). Para el cumplimiento de estos tres objetivos se desarrollaron diversas investigaciones para cada uno, con la finalidad de obtener datos relevantes y sustanciales. Luego de analizar los datos obtenidos, se tuvo resultados favorables para los tres objetivos específicos, por lo cual se logró el objetivo general: Demostrar que el uso de Facebook fue el medio más efectivo para que “Los Sanguchones de Kike” haya captado nuevos clientes.       Actualmente los consumidores son mucho más exigentes al momento de decidir su compra, valoran no solo el producto sino el servicio que le brindan las empresas; esto quiere decir que evalúan y comparan distintas opciones antes de comprar. Por lo que, la competencia entre las empresas es agresiva y en constante movimiento, no solo en el sector E-commerce, tema del cual abordaremos, sino en todos los mercados del mundo. En este sentido, las empresas deben sumar todos sus esfuerzos en trabajar sus estrategias para brindar el mejor servicio. Respecto al Comercio electrónico, Europa y EEUU son los que lideran la lista de desarrollo del E-commerce en el mundo. Sin embargo, muchos han puesto la mirada en Latinoamérica, como un mercado en plena efervescencia con grandes expectativas de crecimiento. Cabe resaltar que Perú no es ajeno a este crecimiento, ya que contribuye cada año con alrededor del 30% de crecimiento para el 2018. Si bien, En el Perú el comercio electrónico ha tenido un importante crecimiento, aún nos falta camino por recorrer y aprender las mejores prácticas que otros mercados han empleado. Existen distintos factores que influyen en el crecimiento del E-commerce como el nivel de conectividad y la bancarización, aspectos que aun en el Perú son deficientes no solo por la baja participación de las empresas, sino también, por la poca intervención del estado en cuanto a infraestructura tecnológica. Asimismo, dentro del perfil del consumidor, la desconfianza es uno de las razones que limita la evolución del comercio electrónico sin embargo creemos que cada vez es menos frecuente. Desde que se instauró el comercio electrónico en la mente de los consumidores, no ha dejado de crecer; y nos ha enseñado una manera distinta de comprar y vender tanto a empresas como a consumidores. Por ello, en la presente investigación analizaremos los factores determinantes desarrollo del E-commerce en el en el sector Retail del Perú, teniendo una mirada internacional en comparación con las mejores prácticas del mercado chileno.

    • Impacto economico de la implementacion de los límites máximos de captura por embarcación en la industria pesquera del Perú entre los años 2005 hasta el 2014

      The fishing sector over the years has had phases of expansion and crisis that show that the problem of the industry is the oversizing of the fleet and plant, this led to the over exploitation of anchovy biomass and that the economic agents are less efficient in their operations. That is why, in 2008, Legislative Decree 1084 is enacted, through which it was established the new system of Maximum Limits of Capture by Vessel (MLCV), this regime comes into force in the first season of 2009 and which governs only anchovy intended for indirect human consumption (IHC), that is, for the anchovy that is used for the production of fish meal and fish oil. This standard introduced individual anchovy fishing quotas and allocated it to vessels already operating in this fishery, thereby eliminating the previous system, which set a global catch quota, which encouraged the "Olympic Race" to get as much of the resource as possible. In order to analyze the impact of Legislative Decree 1084, the present research proposes to evaluate the pre and post reform behavior of the sector, in order to demonstrate that overfishing was eliminated and that a better quality of the anchovy landings was generated. The results obtained after the investigation highlight the importance of the implementation of Legislative Decree 1084 in the fishing sector, presenting improvements in the ordering of the sector that is reflected in the development of the fishing industry

    • Implementación de un área logística internacional en tinfluba sac para la optimización de procesos

      This research has it approach on the implementation of an international logistics area in Tintas Fluidas Barnices SAC for the processes optimization. The company lacks of an organizational structure of the logistics area that allows the control and information flow in the supply chain with the final purpose of being more competitive in the international market. The first chapter refers to the research theoretical framework which details the changes occurred over the years in international logistics and how it currently has a positive impact on companies in the sector. In the second chapter, the main problem, the general hypothesis and the objectives to be fulfilled are explained. Likewise, in the third and fourth chapter, the research method for the extraction of relevant information in the organization is specified and a qualitative logistic survey and a quantitative labor climate survey are developed for the workers. The fifth and sixth chapters analyze the results obtained and provide conclusions and recommendations, in order to be applied in TINFLUBA SAC. Finally, implementing a logistics area generates positive results such as cost reduction and efficiency in logistics processes.

      The present work seeks to evidence that the actors that exist around the startups drive their development, offering tools for the adequate gestation and maturation. For this purpose, we will analyze the actors identified as main in the Peruvian entrepreneurial process as main in the Peruvian entrepreneur process: policies and regulations, the education system, the CTI platform, financing and entrepreneurial human capital. The academic and practical approach to startups in Peru is relatively new compared to other countries in the region and the world. Nevertheless, given the global and technological trend there is a significant increase in the appearance and development of this business alternative, which responds to a growing request, which is why it is important. This new business model, starting with the human entrepreneurial capital, which is the most important axis for the development of new startups, for the innovation and technical work that it brings Meeting the demands of the market. Other important factors in the ecosystem of education and government, where the measures adopted for the formalization and development of these enterprises are in an initial phase, but with a view to a growth, forming part of the productive development plan by 2021. In terms of financing, there is a special interest in universities to strengthen initiatives, through their incubators and accelerators, in their institutional recognition, benefiting the university entrepreneur and forming the bases in entrepreneurship education.

    • Internacionalizacion virtual de las pymes de productos naturales en el Perú

      This research aims to demonstrate the growth in the PYME of the heading of natural products through virtual internationalization. In order to achieve this objective, a food and beverage company was used as a field of study dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of natural beverages made from products originating in Peru such as maca, chia, quinoa, and others. The work consists of the following structure: Chapter I details the previous studies, basically explaining the theory regarding PYMEs, e-commerce and the internationalization of PYMEs in Peru, through the study and analysis of a Peruvian company of Category of food and natural beverages. In Chapter II, the Research Plan is detailed, consisting the general and specific objectives. In Chapter III, the methodology used gather information is explained, while Chapter IV proceeds to the development of the information, explaining the situation of the company CONSORCIO NATURE GOLD and the industry. Then, in Chapter V, the information obtained is analyzed. Finally, we present the conclusions and recommendations reached by means of the present investigation.

    • Internacionalización de las empresas de Catering en el sector aerolíneas en el Perú: Caso Gate Gourmet

      La presente investigación tiene por objetivo establecer y determinar las principales estrategias de internacionalización de las empresas dedicadas al rubro de catering aéreo en el país. Al ser este un rubro altamente competitivo, se espera conocer cuales conforman las principales estrategias que aseguran éxito y participación de estas en el mercado. Para el logro de ello, se desarrolló un análisis y estudio de caso, en base a una de las principales empresas con mayor participación en el rubro de catering aéreo. A partir de un detallado análisis a Gate Gourmet Perú S.R.L, empresa líder del sector y parte de la corporación Gategroup, se espera poder identificar las principales características de esta empresa y encontrar todos los factores y variables que influyen en su gestión, con la finalidad de alcanzar el éxito en el mercado en que operan. De esta forma, se pretende también poder conocer cuáles son los principales aspectos a considerar de por qué este rubro recurre a la constante innovación y estudio de mercado para asegurar su éxito. El catering en aerolíneas no solo conforma el abastecimiento y suministro de alimentos a bordo, sino que para el óptimo desarrollo de este servicio, se requiere de una exhaustiva investigación acerca del entorno en el que se opera, las necesidades existentes en el mercado y el mejor proceso de producción y calidad requerido para su eficiente abastecimiento regular en las principales aerolíneas peruanas.

    • Propuesta de implantación de un modelo de gestión por competencias de liderazgo para los mandos medios y superiores de la empresa Josfel Iluminación S.A.C.

      The present work of professional sufficiency was made based on the information obtained from Josfel Iluminación SAC Company, which did not have a competency management model applied at the organization. The main objective was to generate an implementation proposal for leadership competences model for middle and senior position. We used a descriptive method taking 33 collaborators; in-depth interviews and a 360° evaluation were performed as the technical tools based on the methodology of Martha Alles, a specialist in researching and developing subjects on human resources, organizational behavior and competency management into organizations. By the evaluations results we obtained that such competencies as systematic and strategic vision and empowerment are not fully developed while competences as team management and trainer were well rated and developed. Based on methodology applied it was recommended once the gaps were founds by the analysis, human resource department should work and implement a competency management based on leadership. We conclude leadership is a key competence should have each worker into Josfel Iluminacion SAC Company so we proposed to make some modifications in their recruitment, selection, development and evaluation processes.

    • Propuesta de modelo de gestión corporativa para una empresa familiar del sector transporte público en Lima

      The research is oriented to the approach of a company of corporate management for familiar companies of the sector of transport, since to analyze this sector was found the necessity of the companies for the posing strategies that help them to be sustained in the time, because their operations do not perform efficiently and therefore do not allow them to grow in the market. Throughout this research was taken as reference to several authors in administrative subjects that allow to develop the theoretical framework, which serves as a basis to propose the proposal of corporate management model for a family business in business of public transportation in Lima. In addition, as part of the analysis of the sector, studies and informative data were consulted by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the sector regulator, to have an accurate view of the area, as well as to observe the situation of public transport in the city and how they operate now. As for the company, the research group had contact with the general manager of San Antonio Company., which meets the fundamental characteristics for the development of the work. Finally, the project concludes that the company needs to carry out a proper corporate management, so it could take into account the proposed proposal with the aim of being able to be sustained over time and differentiate itself from the competition.

    • Propuesta de optimización de la cadena logística internacional de Corporación Aceros Arequipa a través del embarque indirecto portuario

      Foreign Trade has taken a relevant role for companies, since it allows exporting goods and services according to their competitive advantages, achieving internationalization and increasing their probability of success in the near future. Nowadays, in Peru, due to the lack of infrastructure in the port of Callao, the operation of Foreign Trade is carried out through Temporary Deposits, which are divided in Port Terminals and Non Port Terminals. Non Port Terminals represents 60% of the operations even though it implies higher costs and risks. Due to this, the present assignment has as objective to elaborate a proposal of optimization of the current International Logistics Chain of the company Corporación Aceros Arequipa SA, in order to demonstrate if the Indirect Port Shipment is the optimum for its current export process, analyzing the variables: Costs, level of service and risk. The present research proposes to use a mixed methodology, both qualitative and quantitative, due to the lack of bibliography regarding Temporary Deposits. This proposal will allow a more accurate comparison of each of the variables between the current scheme of the company; that is, the Indirect Non Port Shipment; and the alternative scheme; the Indirect Port Shipment, in order to be able to make the most appropriate decision for the company. Finally, it is concluded that the Indirect Port Shipment is the best option to optimize the International Logistics Chain of Corporación Aceros Arequipa SA, since this represents a cost savings of 9.33% equivalent to USD 37,011.60 per year; as well as a 33% decrease in risk of damage of the merchandise due to the manipulation of the containers.

      RESUMEN EJECUTIVO Hoy en día nos encontramos en la evolución global de los negocios, el punto clave está en buscar la innovación de estos para lograr el éxito esperado. Por lo tanto, al iniciar un negocio se busca poder cubrir ciertas necesidades de nuestros clientes que otras empresas no hayan detectado o no se hayan adecuado a la evolución de las exigencias de estos mismos. Teniendo en cuenta todos estos detalles y a las tendencias del mercado se encontró la oportunidad de lanzarnos al mercado con un negocio que cumpla con estas demandas, tendencias y que a su vez sean viables y rentables para quienes las proponen. Las personas en su día a día sufren de estrés constante ya sea ocasionado por el trabajo o por el tránsito de la ciudad, por ello decidimos crear Team Car Wash. Team Car Wash es un centro de lavado de autos, que no solo se enfoca en brindarle al cliente un lavado de lujo de sus autos, si no que adicionalmente busca cubrir otras necesidades en base a áreas de entretenimiento como una Cafetería, Barbería y un salón de masajes ; todo adecuado para que nuestros clientes puedan desestresarse mientras esperan el lavado de sus autos. Team Car Wash estará ubicada en Av. Faucett N°330, distrito de San Miguel., teniendo en cuenta que nuestro mercado objetivo está dirigido a estratos A y B. En el estudio de mercado realizado pudimos notar que este tipo de empresas en el distrito de San Miguel tienen excelente acogida, se observa que el lavado de vehículo se hace con frecuencia semanal (60%), seguido de quincenal (35%) y mensual (5%); lo cual garantiza que es un rubro con demanda constante. Con lo cual nuestra empresa realizara diferentes actividades que hagan que la demanda de nuestro principal servicio (lavado de autos) tenga mayor demanda semanal. Consideramos que las maneras de satisfacer las necesidades presentes en este sector lo realizaremos implementando un car wash con excelente servicio, uso de productos con estándares de calidad e implementando servicios adicionales que optimicen el tiempo de espera de lavado mediante servicio de corte de cabello, masajes y cafetería. Finalmente, consideramos que nuestro proyecto es rentable y viable; ya que contamos con un VAN y TIR positivos que van a favor del normal funcionamiento de nuestra empresa e incentivo para posibles inversionistas en nuestro proyecto.

    • La tendencia Born Global en América Latina: oportunidades para las MyPEs en el Perú

      This investigation analyze the principal factors and conditions that affect the establishment of new Born Global enterprises around Latin America, with the principal objective of find fundaments that will reorient public politics and the private sector in the creation of new proposals to change the current situation of the international opportunities for the Peruvian MyPEs. Qualitative research is used in order to empirically test previous theories related to the research in order to answer the problematic analyzed. The countries of Brazil, Chile and Argentina were chosen as research models based in the criterion established by Kathleen Eisenhardt (1989), over this some references are going to be used in the analysis of each particular case. The principal factors that affect directly in the constitution of Born Global enterprises are: Entrepreneur’s culture and Government Politics and Rol in the creation and development of the entrepreneurship, this also is the key in the consolidation of Born Global in early stages. For this the principal objective of the investigation will we based in a deep analysis of the differences and similarities between Perú and the chosen countries. Finally, we will determinate the real implications of the critical factors that affect the constitution of Born Global, building a series of structural fundamentals that will guide the investigation to the objective of strength the Peruvian MyPEs with concrete recommendations.

    • Tropicalización y uso de insumos peruanos por parte de empresas de la industria alimentaria, para asegurar su éxito en el mercado

      The purpose of this paper is to carry out the analysis of different real facts, in order to determine the concept of “Tropicalización” and the use of Peruvian supplies. In addition, “Tropicalización” forms an indispensable factor for the success of companies, corresponding to the food industry, in Metropolitan Lima. From a correct delimitation of the market under study, these potential consumers were carefully analyzed, and taken into consideration as a group of people, whom have power as well as decision of purchase. According to the analysis, it has been proven that these consumers destine their income to the consumption of products, aligned to the cultural traits and characteristics of the environment in which they are developed. After determining which are the most successful companies in the food industry, based on data and statistical results, in terms of the number of sales, an analysis of the companies, whose brands have a greater participation in the market, was made to prove that these well-known brands are related to the Peruvian culture, by the supplies they use in their production. After reviewing the product portfolio of the evaluated brands, it was possible to conclude that all analyzed companies, which stand out in the category, tropicalize their products and use purely Peruvian supplies, in order to obtain market acceptance and an expected increasing level of demand for the profitability of the companies. Likewise, it was also possible to determine that the concept of “Tropicalización” plays an indispensable role in the Peruvian market, due to the strong gastronomic culture and diversity of flavors and natural resources existing in the country.
