The present Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) aims to demonstrate that the effect of telework generates productivity in an organization; Which is backed by an effective training plan for a company in the education sector through the Blended Learning learning modality developed by the teacher as teleworking, comparing classroom and semi-blind classes (blended). The research used for the TSP has been descriptive, since the research is intended to describe the impact of teleworking; For which the use of qualitative and quantitative tools was used, through interviews and surveys respectively. Likewise, from the comparative analysis carried out on the face-to-face classes and on the blended classes, based on a relevant costing system, it is shown that the classes imparted in blended mode present higher productivity, since the expense incurred for dictating a semi-face class is lower, Which translates into the organization as a cost savings by providing the same service but with fewer resources. On the other hand, the training plan used by the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) to teachers who perform telework, through the Blended Learning learning modality is fundamental for the achievement of the objectives proposed by the organization, since From this new mode of learning, the service offered to the students (clients) should not change in the quality standards in which the classes are taught in face-to-face mode; If not on the contrary to maintain and improve them.Acceso abierto
