La comunicación no verbal en el proceso de negociación: caso Sanguchería El Chinito(Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), 2016-11-01)Today companies are concerned increasingly cover all possible aspects to ensure a productive business. Just as important are the prices, delivery and quality of product and service, communication between the members on the negotiation is essential to build lasting business relationships. In communication we find non-verbal communication; it has an implication that can be advantageous or disadvantageous in business relations. In this research we are going to analyze aspects of nonverbal communication inside the business relationships with the restaurant El Chinito. The analysis is around its business relationship with suppliers, looking for the attitudes, tone of voice, disposition, among others. In order to confirm the hypotheses, several research tools were used as interviews, meetings with experts and field observation. These tools led us to conclusions and recommendations, many of them applicable to other companies that are in the same dynamic of negotiation with their suppliers and clients, in order to optimize them.Acceso abierto
