The user, to whom the project is directed, is a determining factor from the beginning since all the methods of architectural design are conditioned. The investigation is completed with the analysis of similar national and international projects, types of users, the educational regulation according to Minedu. As well as the choice of the ideal place where the development center will be located and the criteria that were taken into account for the design.
