      The objective of this research work is to analyze the impact on employees' work performance after the application of Organizational Development strategies in United Nations agencies located in Lima. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework necessary for the development of this research will be developed, where topics such as organizational change, results-based management, Organizational Development and its importance, characteristics and foundations, work performance, performance evaluation and information will be discussed. relevant system of the United Nations. In the second chapter, the methodology of the investigation will be detailed, which will be carried out through in-depth interviews. Then, in the third chapter, the analysis of variables will be performed with the information collected in the previous chapter in order to answer the research questions raised in the present work. In the fourth chapter, the discussion of results will be made, indicating which were the findings, the barriers and the gaps found in the investigation. Finally, in the final chapter, the conclusions and recommendations of the work will be given.
