• La influencia de las redes sociales en la gestión del manejo de crisis y su impacto en la reputación corporativa y la gestión empresarial en la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas y Telefónica del Perú

      This aim of this paper is to determine the influence of social networks on management of crisis management and its impact on corporate reputation and business management at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences and Telefónica del Perú. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework of topics such as the value of reputation, organizational crisis, management of crisis management, profile and role of Dircom, crisis communication, social networks, profile of the community manager, among others is investigated and presented. These matters will contribute to generate the final hypothesis. In the second chapter, the study and analysis of the interviews that have been made to key positions in the companies will be carried out. The positions are the following: responsible for the communications area of the UPC and Telefónica del Perú companies, community managers, managers or heads of the companies studied, collaborators of the companies studied, experts in crisis management and clients. In the third chapter, the results of the interviews conducted with the objective of answering the research questions will be analyzed. In the fourth chapter, the findings, gaps and barriers found in the research work will be identified. Finally, the fifth chapter provides conclusions and recommendations based on the research developed.
