Uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC´s) para la mejora de la productividad en las pequeñas empresas del sector metalmecánico del rubro de mobiliario metalmecánico de Lima Metropolitana.Gamarra Vargas, Natalie; Martínez Dávila, Kathya Miluska; Rodríguez Gutiérrez, Joseph Roy (Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), 2017-12-01)This work aims to propose the use of information and communication technologies (TIC´s) to improve, in the short and medium term, productivity in small companies in metal-mechanic sector of metal furniture in Lima Metropolitan. In first chapter, the theoretical framework is presented where topics such as the concept of productivity and factors that intervene will be developed; definition of small businesses and the development and impact of information and communication technologies (TIC´s) in organizations. In addition, we will define the productive sectors of Peru with a view to understanding their characteristics, composition and analysis of the Metalworking sector of the metal furniture manufacturing subsector. In second chapter, using the design of the grounded theory, a qualitative research will be carried out in order to determine if the use of information and communication technologies (TIC´s) will contribute to the improvement of productivity in small companies in metal-mechanic sector of metal furniture in Lima Metropolitan, to finally define whether the use and implementation of TIC´s are suitable for these organizations. In third chapter, the analysis of the information obtained from the defined segments will be carried out, with the objective of answering the research questions. In fourth chapter, the findings in the present research process will be detailed, which will be taken into account for the proposals that may be developed in future research. Finally, in fifth chapter, we present the conclusions and recommendations about our research.Acceso restringido temporalmente
