• Análisis de estrategias que permitan reducir la informalidad de las agencias de viaje y turismo minoristas de Lima

      The objective of this paper is to determine strategies that help reduce the informality of travel agencies and retail tourism in Lima. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework is investigated and presented, in which topics such as informality, tourism, quality of service, travel agencies and Information and Communication Technologies are developed. The strategies and types of strategies that exist are also explored and exposed, in order to propose those that help reduce informality within our research. In the second chapter, the methodology of the investigation is explained, highlighting the steps that were followed for the development of our qualitative research: the study methodology, the research method and the techniques and instruments of data collection and its treatment. In the third chapter, the results are analyzed with the objective of answering the research questions. In the fourth chapter, the discussion about the main findings, barriers and gaps is presented. Finally, conclusions and recommendations based on the research developed are provided.
