    The aim of this study is to determine the mechanisms of Financing in the textile sector of Pymes at the Gamarra Commercial Emporium, as well as the main barriers for access. The Pymes originated in the country as a socio-economic phenomenon to address need, lack of formal employment, almost inexistent opportunities for job progress and to address unsatisfied demands of low income population. An emblematic symbol of these economic units is the Gamarra Commercial Emporium, the most important and dynamic textile commercial conglomerate in Peru’s the economic sector.

    Analizar la gestión de compras en las grandes empresas comercializadoras de prendas de vestir en Lima y proponer mejoras en la empresa Trading Fashion Line S.A, mediante el análisis de los factores críticos que impactan constantemente en el proceso de compras. En el primer capítulo, se desarrolla el marco teórico que permitirá conocer la información general sobre el proceso, tipos, políticas y tipos de negociación que impactan a la gestión de compras. Además, se detalla los tipos de financiamiento, negociación con proveedores, desarrollo del sector de comercio y servicios a nivel nacional e internacional y definición de términos para mejor entendimiento de la investigación. Posteriormente, en el segundo capítulo, se desarrolla la metodología, las herramientas utilizadas son la matriz de bitácora de contexto y la matriz de procesamiento de datos por categorías. En el tercer capítulo, se analizó la información brindada por los segmentos entrevistados. En el cuarto capítulo, se describe los hallazgos y barreras encontradas en todo el proceso de la investigación.

    Apply a methodology that allows access to knowledge of the preferences of experiential tourism of the Colombian visitor to the city of Lima. The choice of this theme is due to the fact that experiential tourism is the latest trend in world tourism today and the selection of the Colombian tourist provides a representative sample of the growth in this sector in our country. In chapter 1, the decision to address the following variables in the theoretical framework: Definition and evolution of experiential tourism, the profile of the Colombian tourist and the methodology proposed in the book “The steps of experiential tourism” (Sánchez, 2017). Chapter two presents the research methodology for the collection of information and the field work to be carried out. Chapter three, analyses the information and the results obtained during the fieldwork, based on the proposed specific objectives. In Chapter four the results are discussed, supporting the reliability of the information obtained, responding to the hypothesis and addressing the limitations of the field work. Finally, in chapter five the conclusions and recommendations are presented.

    Objective: To analyze the level of optimal service and standards of quality of care of the administrative staff toward the patients of the Hospital de la Solidaridad de La Victoria. Methodology: The research is the type qualitative. In this, we used the grounded theory, because it is part of data collected and analyzed by means of a research process (in- depth interviews). Also, it did not start from a preconceived theory; on the contrary, it allows the theory to emerge from the data. In accuracy, there were conducted 17 in- depth interviews, which were semi-structured interviews. This allowed the interviewers to deepen on the subject. Main Conclusion: As responded in the interview by the patients who come to the SISOL de la Victoria, it was found that they are satisfied, due to the quick attention and the good treatment they receive during the process of care on the part of the administrative staff. It validates the hypothesis according to which there is a direct relationship between the level of satisfaction and the process of attention of the administrative staff.

    Purpose of proposing a 360° evaluation model for competencies, to the collaborators of the management of human resources of the company Sedapal. The 360° evaluation system can serve as a model of management to increase the competitiveness of the collaborators of the human resource management of the entity. In the first chapter, it investigates and summarizes the theoretical framework in which develops the theoretical information on the background and basis of the model 360° performance evaluation. In the second chapter develops the methodology of research, highlighting the steps followed for the development of the research: the study methodology, the research method and the techniques and instruments of data collection and its treatment. In the third chapter, the analysis is performed of the results to give answer to the research question raised: a model for the evaluation of 360° will improve the performance of the workers in the management of human resources of the company SEDAPAL? In the fourth chapter presents the findings, gaps and barriers encountered. Finally, in the fifth chapter provides conclusions and recommendations based on the results of the research.

    Describe the personal and professional profile of generations Y and Z, especially the students who recently graduated from Lima’s universities that were born between 1992 and 1998. Also we want to know if the organizations are willing to establish new policies to retain this talent according to the characteristics and labor expectations of these generations. Our thesis has been developed from information obtained in different studies related to generations Y and Z, not only in Peru but also worldwide, besides bibliographic information about managing human resource. Investigational tools were used in the beginning with a group of students from Engineering and Administrative careers from a private university in Lima which has more than 90 years in the educational field also questioning three companies that hire students and finally to recent graduates from this university. However, during the first interview we discovered a very important factor in our thesis; that being because of social economical differences there are two different kinds of millennial in Perú. Therefore, we extend our study to students from a private university from northern part of Lima; this institution was founded in a different province in Perú with more than 20 years in the educational field. The conclusions that were drawn through our research allowed us to give recommendations that will increase the level of employability in the students while also by improving the politics within the human resources department that is responsible for retaining the talent in the companies.

    Identify consumption patterns, fears and paradigms of Lima consumers to analyze if, through these patterns, they are prone to use collaborative economy platforms according to their specific interests. In the first chapter, the main antecedents of the new collaborative economy will be addressed, the most outstanding characteristics of the business models that participate in this economy, the systems that they make up the collaborative consumption, within which the agents that are involved and that generate the circuit in the collaborative economy stand out, the basic needs that their consumers demand, the motivations of purchase that impel them to participate in this new economy and finally, the lifestyle of consumers. Then, in the second chapter, the purpose of the investigation will be set, in which its scope is defined. In addition, the methodology of the research will be established, the most suitable instruments and tools will be defined for the collection of the most important data that support, approve or not our hypotheses. On the other hand, in the third chapter, the information obtained will be processed, and the data and results will be analyzed; subsequently, the conclusions, the found findings will be established and recommendations for this study will be proposed.

    Know the impact generated by the implementation of a corporate volunteering program in private companies in our country. The work is analyzed through a qualitative research methodology, for which surveys were applied to volunteers; and in-depth interviews, experts in volunteering in NGOs and those responsible for corporate volunteering of private companies with a better reputation in corporate governance and responsibility in Peru. Likewise, we have participated in a working day of a space for the exchange of knowledge and good practices of companies that have implemented corporate volunteering programs.

    Intended to know the human capital that works in the treasury area of the National Superintendency of Public Registries, and the importance it has in the implementation of ISO 9001-2008. The main challenge in this investigation was to demonstrate that the types of worker labor regimes have unbalanced benefits that, added to the lack of knowledge of the organizational culture, cause resistance to change in the face of the advancement of technology. The objective of this thesis was to demonstrate whether this human capital in research is a barrier that is presented in the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and to propose viable solutions for this problem that is replicated in various public companies, as well as in the company private.

    Investigates the dynamism of the Call Centers sector in Peru and how affects the company's human resources, emphasizing human talent and how it is affected by the lack of long-term planning of its retention, recruitment and attraction. All of these topics were seen from four different perspectives such as Call Center, human talent, excellent place to work and permanence of human talent in a Call Center. It also suggests ways to improve staff turnover rates in one of the sectors with the highest indicator rates.

    Tries to discover what obstacles hinder PYMES in their insertion to local electronic commerce in the manufacturing sector of Metropolitan Lima. In this regard, the research was conducted with in-depth interviews with twenty-eight people, through which it is intended to determine the main impediments they have to develop the business model of electronic commerce. Among the sample were PYMES entrepreneurs, experts and experts in the field of electronic commerce, a legal expert in e-business and customers. It was concluded that entrepreneurs should have more training and effort in the digital marketing theme, as well as enhance their management through tools and indicators that lead to maximize their sales operations.

    Identificar las barreras que impiden la incorporación, retención y fidelización de proveedores de los Ejecutores de Obras dentro del Registro Nacional de Proveedores (RNP) del Organismo Supervisor de las Contrataciones del Estado (OSCE), las cuales una vez identificadas permitirá desarrollar estrategias para un lograr y mejorar en los índices de incorporación, retención y fidelización de proveedores. Se emplea el método del caso, además se realiza la operacionalización de variables a partir del desarrollo del marco teórico, con la finalidad de analizar y establecer las técnicas y herramientas a utilizar. La información obtenida para el desarrollo y análisis de la presente investigación se obtuvo de entrevistas a profundidad, revisión documentaria y encuesta online.
  • Las aplicaciones de citas en la mujer peruana

    Dating Applications such as Tinder and Badoo, are considered quick, simple and less compromising alternatives to find a partner,casual sexual, or meet people. Mi media Manzana is an application of Peruvian origin. However, we note the lack of statistical information on the use of these applications in the Peruvian market. From the above we pose the following questions: Do current dating applications fully meet the needs or expectations of Peruvian women? and What are the factors that promote or discourage the use of dating applications in Peruvian women? This research is qualitative and comparative (users and non-users of dating applications), applying as a research method to the case study and using three instruments: online survey, focus group and interviews depth. The result is that "the current applications of appointments do not fully respond to the needs or expectations of Peruvian women", given the risk of being victims of femicide, being scammed or deceived by public information in the applications and the negative prejudice by the conservative Peruvian society. However, there are factors that could promote its use.

    The present research work was carried out in the « Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil » (National Registry of Identification and Civil Status - RENIEC) and in the « Archivo General de la Nación » (General Archive of the Nation - AGN) in its capacity as governing body of the National Archives System; having as objective to propose a strategy to improve the conservation of the administrative documents, generated in the RENIEC in the fulfillment of its functions. This work consists of five chapters, as follow: Chapter I: The Theoretical Framework, the fundamental concepts on the subject of investigation are presented. Chapter II: Research Methodology, where a study has been made through grounded theory about archival technical processes and how relevant is the use of technology for the custody and conservation of documents, taking as a study population a sample of twenty (20) people. Chapter III: Data Analysis and Results: the aspects related to the research topic will be analyzed, in order to achieve our strategic objectives. Chapter IV: Discussion of Results: the results of the research are presented, based on the application of the grounded theory. Finally, in Chapter V: Conclusions and Recommendations: conclusions and recommendations are presented regarding the objectives with which it is expected to contribute to the conservation of RENIEC documents.
  • Estrategias de fidelización que contribuyan a la gestión de retención de clientes de consumo masivo en los principales operadores móviles de telecomunicaciones de Lima Metropolitana (Movistar, Claro y Entel). Propuesta centrada en Claro (América Móvil Perú S.A.C.)

    El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo proponer estrategias de fidelización que contribuyan con la retención de clientes con la finalidad de mitigar el problema de pérdida de clientes de consumo masivo de líneas celulares en los principales operadores de telefonía móvil en el Perú (Movistar, Claro y Entel). En el primer capítulo, se expondrá el marco teórico, indispensable para el desarrollo de nuestra investigación y para el desarrollo de las propuestas, tocándose conceptos básicos de telecomunicaciones, portabilidad numérica, reseña de los operadores móviles actuales en el país, conceptos de estrategias y fidelización, marketing emocional, tipos de estrategias, comportamiento del consumidor, entre otros conceptos relevantes. Luego, en el segundo capítulo, se desarrollará la metodología de la investigación, como es el planteamiento de la misma, la elección del tipo de investigación, la elaboración de preguntas de investigación, descripción del contexto interno y externo de los lugares donde se realizaron las entrevistas. Así mismo, se describirá la muestra, recolección de datos, guía de preguntas, segmentos y categorías definidas para las entrevistas; y finalmente, el procesamiento de la información obtenida de las entrevistas realizadas. Así mismo, en el tercer capítulo, se realizará el análisis de datos y obtención de resultados, es decir, a partir de la teoría descrita en el marco teórico y las respuestas de nuestros entrevistados se responderán a las preguntas de investigación planteadas, las mismas que se encuentran alineadas a los objetivos específicos. Además, en el cuarto capítulo, detallaremos los hallazgos, barreras y brechas encontradas durante las entrevistas. Finalmente, presentaremos las conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas del trabajo de investigación realizado.
