Gargurevich, Rafael; Matos, Lennia; rafael.gargurevich@gmail.com (Universidad César Vallejo (UCV), 2014-08-13)
It was studied the construct validity and the reliability of the SPANAS scale in two samples of university students from Lima. Through many confirmatory factorial analyses (AFC) it was evaluated the adjustment of three competing models (one factor, two correlated factors and two orthogonal factors). This procedure was replicated in the two samples of universitary students. After the validity and reliability analysis were done, it was found that the two correlated factors model was better to represent the scale in both samples. Furthermore, the Positive and Negative Affect Scale proved to be reliable. In this way we have evidence of the presence of two factors which represent the positive and negative affection.

    • La vida social de las imágenes. Una antropología posestructural de los mundos audiovisuales

Sánchez Dávila, Mario Elmer (Universidad Nacional de La Plata, 2016-12)
This paper proposes to build a post-structural anthropological theoretical framework to analyze the audiovisual worlds in a critical way; for producers and consumers to analyze the ideological discourses used to construct visual representations of us, others and the world in order to negotiate positions of power and contextual relationships of domination and oppression among social actors.

Sánchez Dávila, Mario Elmer (Grupo Haucaypata, 2017-11)
This article reconstructs, by means of archival sources (ethno-historical and anthropological), a history of the privileged and strategic political and economic position of Yanque in the Colca Valley: as a central seat of power of the Collagua estate which controlled the north, east and southeast parts of the Valley from the X to XV centuries; as a center of administration of Inca Tahuantinsuyu, in the Valley from the XV to XVI centuries; as the center of the municipality and region during the Spanish viceroyalty, from the XVI to XVIII centuries; as the capital of the province of Caylloma since the mid-nineteenth century to the early twentieth century, in the “Aristocratic Republic”; and as a tourist area where the largest number of hotels across the Valley is concentrated, since the late twentieth century to the present.
