Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación ha sido elaborado con la finalidad de aplicar las herramientas electrónicas que se permitirán en el futuro inmediato reducir costos, tiempo, espacio y que estas aplicaciones ayudaran a consolidarse como una empresa que lleve la vanguardia en nuestro rubro de negocio. Transportes Línea, no es ajena a este avance tecnológico y es consciente que aplicando esta herramienta en sus operaciones, liderará el mercado en el traslado de mercancías. En este trabajo se pretende mostrar las ventajes competitivas y comparativas en su aplicación integral en todo su contexto desde el punto de vista estratégico y operacional, creando una organización orientada al rediseño de procesos, rediseños de flujos de valor, rediseño corporativo y un Visionamiento estratégico con la colaboración del capital humano y la aplicación de tecnología se podrá alcanzar una empresa moderna y funcional, brindándose información correcta, oportuna y confiable sobre los requerimientos y necesidades que nuestros clientes soliciten.
