Currently SMEs present many challenges such as competition with local markets, inefficiency in productivity, quality and services, representing a financial imbalance. In Peru, one of the main problems for SMEs is the lack of planned production and a poor distribution of work. These problems faced by all SMEs generate that entrepreneurs seek different ways to overcome the problems mentioned above applying different solutions to generate opportunities, providing greater productivity and establishing sustainability in companies. This article presents a case study in a small upholstery company that presents production efficiency problems where a production management model based on Lean Manufacturing and SLP will be implemented to achieve that capacity improves, productivity increases eliminating waste while minimizing waste. costs and activities within production in order to increase the flow of material rotation, managing to meet customer orders on time, both in the manufacturing and service industries.Tipo
